This highly successful Plastic Injection Molding company approached Downs Merrifield to find room in their 5 connected factory units to expand their warehouse, provide new offices and expand their production facility.  We undertook a feasibility study, which included Project Management services looking at various options which might be possible, whilst keeping the factory operational throughout.  Phase one was a large semi permanent warehouse building in the courtyard between two existing wings. The Factory and warehouse was originally developed as part of the Welsh Development Agency' inward investment plan in the 1970s, and although the build standard was high, the units are showing their age and all in need of upgrading to current standards.
