This project involves the renovation and extension of a Victorian end-terraced property located in the Cathays Park Conservation Area, Cardiff. The aim is to convert the existing office space into seven residential apartments, revitalizing the site while maintaining its historical character.

The development incorporates a bin and bike store and retains existing vehicle access and parking at the rear courtyard. The design aligns with conservation guidelines, enhancing the usability of the site while respecting its architectural and historical significance. This project aims to provide high-quality residential living in the heart of Cardiff, transforming a tired office environment into a vibrant residential development.
