We've had a busy few weeks putting in six planning applications for houses. These applications are both for new houses, refurbishments and extension in the South Wales area. The most exciting project is Windmill Lane in Llanblethian - a very contemporary new house, which we are hoping will be our second near zero carbon home.
Other applications include, a transformation of a house in Hollybush Road, extensions for houses in Llandennis Avenue, Cathedral Green and Lisvane and Peterston.
